Students of the International Soil and Water Master, taught by the University of Wageningen in the Netherlands, have spent four weeks Evaluating the effectiveness of the Tancat de Milia green filter. His work will determine the affected area inside the lake with the purified effluent.
Final ReportLIFE Albufera and LIFE Sostrice
Albufera LIFE and LIFE Sostrice meet to explore possibilities for management of plant biomass produced in constructed wetlands of LIFE Albufera, using the techniques proposed in LIFE Sostrice. LIFE Sostrice aims at reducing greenhouse gases derived of rice farming, through a sustainable management model based on energy recovery from waste through anaerobic digestion technologies and combustion.
